Ericka Shores is a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). She trained at Lotus Yoga in Arlington, MA, where she has been teaching since 2023. Ericka is passionate about providing a safe, nurturing environment where students can connect with their bodies and experience the power and joy of yoga practice.
A mom of two young children, Ericka understands the importance of self-care and balance, both on and off the mat. She brings her warm, compassionate approach to every class. Whether you're seeking prenatal support or a gentle flow to unwind, Ericka will guide you with patience and care. She is committed to leading accessible, trauma-informed practices that support the unique needs of all students.

Free Consultation
In our 15-minute free consultation, we’ll discuss your specific needs and goals. You’ll have the chance to learn more about my approach and ask any questions you may have. I’ll explain how private lessons can be tailored to best support you. This will help us determine if we are a good fit for your unique journey.
60-Minute Session
During our time together, I will guide you through a practice that’s designed with your body and goals in mind. Each session will include a combination of breathwork and poses, all adjusted for your comfort and safety. I’ll offer individual attention to ensure proper alignment and help you connect with your body in a deeper, more intentional way. My goal is to leave you feeling balanced, and supported on your yoga journey.
90-Minute Session
While all the benefits of yoga can be achieved in a shorter session, adding an extra 30 minutes allows us to go even deeper into your practice. We can dedicate more time to mindfulness techniques, guided meditation, and overall exploration. Recommended for prenatal students or for anyone looking for a comprehensive, nourishing experience.
